This Intellectual Property Notice (the “Notice”) is intended for all users, including but not limited to investors and Limited Partners (collectively referred to as “you”), who applied to be approved as a Limited Partner via the website, www.quanloop.com or the mobile application (hereinafter the “Quanloop Application”) or engage with the associated websites (quanloopstatus.com, quanloop.id, among others) as governed by the terms outlined in the Website Terms of Use.

Trademark Ownership and Use

The QUANLOOP trademark (the "Trademark") is a registered word mark belonging to QUANLOOP LIMITED, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Ireland (registry number 763385). The Trademark is protected under the European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) regime with the filing number 018507767, duly registered on 18/12/2021, and is set to expire on 05/07/2031.

Rights of Use

The Trademark is exclusively licensed for use by the subsidiaries of QUANLOOP LIMITED. Any use of the Trademark, including but not limited to its reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission, by entities other than the subsidiaries of QUANLOOP LIMITED is strictly prohibited unless such use is expressly permitted under a valid written licence agreement.

Prohibition of Unauthorised Use

No person, entity, or website is permitted to use the Trademark without explicit written consent from QUANLOOP LIMITED. This prohibition extends to any use that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that discredits or disparages QUANLOOP LIMITED.

Intellectual Property in the Quanloop Application and Websites

The content, functionality, and services provided on the Quanloop Application and associated websites are the exclusive property of QUANLOOP OÜ, a legal entity registered in Estonia (registry number 16200698), and are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights and laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material or content from the Quanloop Application and associated websites without the prior written permission of QUANLOOP OÜ.

Limitations on Copying and Distribution

You may not copy or distribute the look or feel of the Quanloop Application and associated websites. This includes any and all visual design elements without express written consent from QUANLOOP OÜ.
